After purchasing leather conditioner from a different “Chemical” guys product line to condition the leather seats in my new Mercedes and my leather recliner, the fake leather smelling odor from it became so strong that it ruined the new car smell from my car and it was so strong on my recliner that I got a headache every time I sat in my chair. My clothes even smelled like it when I got up from the chair. In desperation, I decided to try this product and it has saved the day. After a good scrubbing with this cleaner, the odor is gone from my car and chair. I’m so happy to have found this product. My stuff was not dirty so I can’t comment on its cleaning ability.

I bought a faux leather chair that smelled like an ashtray and a real leather chair that smelled like rotting carcas (no pun intended). They smelled so bad, I wouldn’t bring them in my house. They even stuck up the outside! This product worked! I was shocked. They are a bit sticky however. But I don’t care, I’ll wipe them down. I’m just so happy they don’t smell anymore! Amazing product!

Got an old leather motorcycle jacket, 70’s. After a saddle soap clean a rude smell was activated! The Bo was so bad, inside and out. I used vinegar and vodka to no avail prior to getting this product (it did work on the inner fabric, but not the leather outside,I did try it though). I used 1/2 of this new bottle hoping it would do the trick. Spray, rub around let sit for 30seconds or so, wipe dry repeat. 1/2 a bottle I gave up. Mind you I’m only spraying the one worst arm pit, half bottle!!! New tactic. Drowned the leather in baking soda sprits with water, cover loosely with plastic 24 hours. This worked!Back to the product at hand. I can’t fault this product for not removing 50yo Body odor soaked in to the leather. (This mega BO some how lasted the test of time. It hadn't been worn for 30 years! How,just how?!?Anyway. I do really like this product it removed the old musty leather smell from the jacket and a few other hella old leather binder. It does work well when used how it’s intended.

Got the cigarette smoke out of my faux leather chair. Had to use half the bottle but this worked miracles. Was a little sticky but just wiped down.

I had high hopes for this product because I read other reviews saying that it got major smoke smell out of their vintage items. The leather chairs that I have had a very slight smoke smell, but mostly just an aged smell. The solution seems to clean well and make the leather shiny, however, it really doesn’t do a whole lot with odor in my case. I applied it several times.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I bought my car used and it had kind of a mens cologne smell. At first I thought it was a smell from detailing it before the sale, but it persisted, and smelled like mens cologne. I thought maybe they'd spitzed something somewhere. I checked the cabin air filter and that didn't have any odor and you could tell it was new. My car seats are fake leather, and I wanted something to get rid of the smell. Not mask it or add another weird smell. I used this on a Sunday when I washed my car, got in the car, and was almost to work when I realized I hadn't noticed that smell yet. I smelled again after work, and it's gone now. So whatever it was was in the leather seats and this took it out. I'm so thrilled and thankful. I didn't realize when I bought this that I'm supposed to finish up with a leather conditioner but that's fine. it's a small price to pay to get rid of that stanky odor.

This spray along with scrubbing Magic Erasers took off a good 10 years of grime off my seats. Way too easy to scrub in and wipe off with a pleasant odor. I seriously wish I would have taken a photo of the eraser after I was done. It basically dissolved into a black piece of foam from all the garbage it picked up. Even my 4 year old noticed a change in the car odor right away.
