Good recipe book
Liked the recipes. Very helpful. Liked the suggested exercises but couldn’t follow without pictures. Would be good if pictures were also added.

Rather have a hard back book. Didnt get to use this purchase.
It was a purchase in kindle and I had issues reading it in that format. Wish it was a hard back book. I could have used the information!

RA recipes are in variety I made apple and butternut squash soup for my mother she is suffering from RA, she liked soup recipes.

One should do their own homework and not just take someone’s word
The author contradicts himself. Says no to grain products and then uses all purpose flour in a recipe.

I did not research well enough. It appears that he wrote this only in light of his own physical needs. He does not quote any resources such as doctors or dietitians except to say that he searched the internet extensively. Many of the recipes include nightshade vegetables. This book has extremely changed my life.
This book has extremely changed my life.The formulas are simple, and I have seen that my sessions with aggravation aren't as serious. I would truly prescribe this cookbook to everybody experiencing RA, or some other type of joint pain.
