I'm almost 31 years old and I've had horrible acne since I was 17. When I was in my early 20's I also developed eczema on my face and neck, which looked like pimples that were always oozing and spread like a rash. It itched and burned, too. Also, maca does energize, so I wouldn't take a second pill after about 2 p.m. cause it can make it difficult to fall asleep at night if you take it too late.
