Mediterranean Diet Meal Prep easy recipes
Very easy to follow! Who knew eating healthy could be so delicious. I am in week 2 of the plan and have enjoyed every meal. The ingredients for the meals are at my local store, and I live in a smaller community. The recipes are easy to follow, and the utensils needed to cook the meals are normal utensils. I highly recommend this book as I feel better, the food is delicious, it is easy to prepare, and simple to find in stores. If a person reads the intro, the recipes, and purchases items on the already prepared shopping list, it is a near painless process to move to healthy/delicious food. Prior to purchasing this book, I did little to no cooking. Reading the recipes and suggestions for preparation prior to cooking has proved to be most effective at facilitating the cooking process even with a novice cook like me. I am losing weight, which is somewhat of a surprise as I feel satisfied (not deprived or starved). Good job!

Great tasting ideas
Easy recipes and I use other substitute for the food, I like Turkey and salmon,my freezer storage containers are very useful for making meal to freeze for later on

Fantastic!
Beautiful, easy to follow, delicious Cookbook! The recipes use fresh and healthy food in a creative and fun way. It puts a different spin on some classic dishes and introduces some entirely new ones. I had never tried spices like and sumac before buying this cookbook and now they're going to always be in my pantry.

Fantastic book
A variety of recipes that will help make healthy meals for your family. This cookbook is outstanding. I have made probably 2 recipes from it now, and they have all been incredible. The positive reviews are for real. This book is worth every penny and will be your new favorite. I don't usually cook from recipes, but I was looking for a cookbook to expand my knowledge of flavors and cooking techniques. This book was exactly what I was looking for. While this book is not sold as a healthy cook book, there are many vegetarian/pescatarian and non-gluten options.If you like tasty and healthy food, then this book is for you. Please your loved ones.

Not what it says it is
I feel there is false advertising on the cover of this book. Do not buy this if you are hoping for a "meal prep" guide. I was looking for a book that shows how to prep meals in advance; at least somewhat like the photo on the cover lures you to believe. Zip, nada, nope! As one other reviewer said and I now can confirm, this is just some recipes (which seem great and fairly simple) and a suggestion of a 21-day meal "plan" = Combination of recipes within.It is all black & white print (not a biggy) but with lots of spelling/grammar/typos. I did see where another reviewer pointed out one recipe that did have one of the few images that did not even relate to the recipe page it was on.Overall, it is ok for just some recipe ideas. But I have rated this so low mainly because of the disconnect from what the cover suggests. I also wonder if this is created offshore and maybe all the mistakes are due to translation. Definitely not proofread before publishing.

Great cookbook but NOT FOR MEAL PREP
This is a terrific cookbook and all the other reviews are correct about how good it is. I bought it because I thought it would show me how to meal prep for Mediterranean style diet. meal prepping is when you prepare several days or a week’s worth of food at a time and then keep it refrigerated and use it as needed. This is very tricky to do with Mediterranean style food because it relies on very fresh ingredients that tend to go bad fairly quickly. This book, though excellent, does not instruct you on how to batch prepare Mediterranean style food nor does it tell you how to meal prep. It does contain instructions for each recipe on how to make the food which I think is what the title is referring to.

I was hacked fraudulently purchased
I did not write this! I was hacked.This is a good book! I rarely buy mediterranean diet cookbooks now because there is so much available on the internet, but this book is worth the purchase. I just received mine yesterday and stayed up late reading it. There are 2 things that make this book stand out. First, the America's Test Kitchen chefs do the best job of testing recipes, methods, ingredients, etc... so you know they'll be good. Second, this is much more than a book of recipes. There are useful tips, explanations for why they chose a certain item (e.g. dried beans vs canned, brand recommendations), and excellent charts that compare different types of legumes or fish or beans. I plan to see more of this kind of books!

Not a primer for meal prep. Book title was misleading.
The way the book title is phrased had me believing that this was a meal prep plan where you buy a bulk load of ingredients, prep your meals for the following week with bulk recipes that reflected this. Most of these recipes are for two to four servings and are categorized a la carte. The whole point is to help prep the meals with meal ideas ahead of time without having to fuss and bother about what goes with what, will it go bad after one day, etc. It lacks logistics for a newer meal prepper that was buying the book to get meal prepping started after weeks of reading up on the benefits of meal prepping. This was not at all how I saw it done on websites, blogs, etc. If I wanted just recipes, I could look that up on the internet quite easily.
