This knife is really sharp and feels great to use. It’s comfortable to hold, has a nice weight to it, and cuts through everything smoothly. I’ve been using it daily and it’s made prep work way faster and easier. For the price it’s sold for, the quality is honestly better than expected. Feels solid, looks nice, and holds its edge well. Definitely happy with this purchase.

Amazing chefs knife. We have nicknamed it the finger guillotine as it is extremely sharp as a chefs knife should be. Every day use. Keeps its edge. Just bought more knives from this company as their product is worth every penny. Very durable and fits my hand nicely.

Sharp and the knife is STUNNING.

The knife seems to be in good order. It seems sharper at the tip then throughout the whole blade. But the handle seems short and thin which is not comfortable to hold while you are chopping or dicing.

This knife is NOT A joke, it's not an overly light knife, it has some pretty good weight to it. I love that this comes super sharp, the last thing I love is sharpening knives. Actually, I hate it. This is also going to be easy to sharpen when I do have too get some oomph on it, bit I don't see that happening anytime soon. This is NOT made with cheap metal, but with super solid stainless steel, right down to the hardware in the handle. Also, I love that this knife comes with its own box, or case. It makes it easier to store the knife away, but it does stay nicely on a magnetic block. Again, because it's NOT cheap metal, but an awesome stainless steel. This is what I am grabbing for when I need to cut and or dice meat, which I buy in bulk and unfortunately have to separate myself and bag up to freeze. The handle is BEAUTIFUL as well!

This is by far one of the best knives I have purchased. Purchased it for my mother as a gift because she was complaining that the other knives where dull. First and foremost I got the 10” knife, at first glance it looks huge, so you expect it to be heavy and difficult to hold. However after grabbing it I was amazed at how light it was. Also it feels of amazing quality and very ergonomic as it is very easy to handle since it is so light. Whenever you see the label it warns you to watch out for the sharp knife, they where not kidding, I gave it a quick touch and I could immediately feel how sharp it was. My mother loves cutting meats with it because it cuts it like if it were butter. I has a few family members ask me where I bought it from because it comes in such fancy packaging that it seems like its a $200 chef’s knife. All in all I love this product and I totally recommend it.
