Buy a new one.
Maybe because it is a refurb, this unit seems to have connectivity issues. Sometimes I will have to connect several times in order for it to actually work. I Bought this because I had one before for two years and it finally died. This one doesn’t seem to be the best of the units but I believe it’s because it’s been refurbished.

Great Bluetooth
LG has yet to disappoint me with true bluetooth products. These headphones last me a couple days with being on pretty much the whole day. Nose cancellation isn't bad but when the background is slightly loud it's hard for people to hear me.

Works great and you couldn't even tell this was refurbished looked brand new! Would reccomend if you like to listen to your music LOUD!

HBS-930 - Poor Quality Calling
The HBS-930 was a big let down for me. I used the headset for about 2 hours and returned it. Poor quality audio during phone calls. Callers complained that my voice was muffled and distorted, and I was unable to carry a conversation with this headset.

was deleverd with battery powered up came in manufacturer box, best sound I've Gotten with LG bt earbuds sounds amazing will recommend too all my friends

Short term solution
I have my 4th pair of these headphones. The first two pair lasted about 2 years each which I thought was suitable.The last two pair have not had a long life. I would estimate they last about 9 months before they start having trouble connecting to your phone. I will be shopping for a day deferent brand this time.Quality of the headphones and sound are great but they are too expensive for 9 months of use.

Call quality is terrible
The media could not be loaded. I've owned many LG Bluetooth headsets because I like their form factor, sound quality & call quality. This one has terrible call quality. The setup of the attached video is:- Called my home phone from my cell phone.- My cell phone is a Pixel 2 with Bluetooth 5 and latest Android updates installed.- The headset was listening to a YouTube video (in a different room). The YouTube video was chosen because it had very clear sound quality.- Recorded using another phone.- The sound you hear is coming out of the speaker phone of my home phone.The attached video demonstrates what the people I talk to on the phone complained about once I started using this headset. The sound fades in and fades out. I've had it for a day and it's going back for sure.
