Did what it said on the bottle
These tablets helped massively in aiding towards my weight loss surprising what else you need to help you lose weight and what vitamins / others things you need in your body to move forward.Easy to swallow had no problems.

These Are A Inflammation Game Changer
So I've mentioned in other reviews that I'm started to get up there in age, so I turn to certain supplements in order to keep this ol' Silverback going, and these are an absolute must.After years of manual labour and injuries in the gym (one that left me bedridden for over a week), I've been left with knee and back issues with a sprinkle of inflammation, so I started taking "Omega oils" which help. I started off with the traditional salmon oils, which were okay. But then I did some further research and discovered the truth that is "Antarctic Krill Oil."Supposedly a much better quality and more potent form of the omega's that I'd been taking previously. After a few days of use, I started to see there was definitely truth to the claims. My knee pain was gone, my overall inflammation levels decreased (I feel younger, fitter and less "creaky") and I strongly believe it helped me to recover more quickly from my back injury.Added bonus, they're small and there's no fishy smell or aftertaste with these. A three months supply for not much more than the cost of a few cups of coffee, why not give them a try?

So far just starting to use this krill Omega pills, feel good not fishy smell at all easy to swallow.
