I've had lymphedema in my left lower limb since I was a teen (venous scarring on the right after having a DVT blood clot years ago). Wow, let me tell you, this product really helped in clearing my skin. I have had very severe cystic acne on the sides of my cheeks for 7+ years, I have been taking them for about a month and a half and I see that I don't break out like I usually do. My cheeks are acne free, seriously, but i do have dark spots left which are slowly going away. I get very little bumps on the side of my temples but they are not red and pus filled (Gross, I know) and there's not a lot either, (like 3) and I see that it happens around the time of the month too so I know it's hormonal. I sometimes take three pills a day as well, mostly two, along with drinking a lot of water and staying a way from dairy products. (Helped me a lot too.) I am so happy with the results and I'm glad that it's organic on top of that. It is so much better than constantly taking antibiotics and other chemically infused nonsense. I will continue to buy this. Two thumbs up. If you're an acne sufferer and you happen to try this I hope you get the same results but because I know everyone is different and there are many different reasons why you may have acne, it may not but it doesn't hurt to try.
