POV Case 3.0 Small black - suitable for GoPro HD Hero 4, 3+, 3, 2

I had a lot of questions when I was looking at this case on Amazon and some of them I couldn't find answers for so I just went ahead and bought it and couldn't be happier! This case was offered with 2 different layouts of the interior compartments, an older design (which is pictured on Amazon) and the newer design (which I wanted). Well the case you get is the newer design which is different from the picture. Some people may not like this but I was glad it wasn't the one pictured! This new design works better with the GoPro Hero 3+. The 3+ has a slimmer housing than the older cameras and this case has smaller cutouts to hold the camera tighter. But it also features removable pieces of foam so the bigger older housings fit too. This works great for me because I have an older housing for when I use the lcd touch back pack. So I have one compartment that fits the new smaller housing and then the other compartment I removed the extra foam pieces to fit my bigger housing. This case also has a slot for the remote! I will say that the case fills up quickly but I also have a lot of extra back doors and extension arms in the case. One complain I do have is that the 2 slots for the back packs don't allow you to store the LCD touch screen in its case. This isn't a big deal as I'm sure it will be just as safe in the foam but I may cut one for the back pack slots bigger to allow the case to fit. I've been using GoPro cameras for a long time. When they emerged onto the market, my life was immediately made much, much simpler, and my kit far lighter! Previously, I'd have to drag boxes of cabling, recording decks and cable ties to install cameras into cars, planes and other, more bizarre places. The GoPro reduces the equipment, time and effort needed to set up these shots. And although the GoPro cameras are tough, they still need a bit of protection and organisation in the form of a case. And the POV 3.0 case is perfect for a single GoPro camera kit. The case is small enough to fit in a backpack with plenty of space left over. The internal foam is solid and well machined, it fits every component perfectly. Mine has travelled around the world, and is still in mint condition. Great little case, and I'd definitely buy again!

This is the perfect case for the HD Hero 3. It stores all items you would use and the case itself is compact enough to go in a daypack and keep all your gear safe. We took this on a chartered boat all day, changed between filters, cases, mounts, storage cards, and batteries, and it was easy to do all of that. The cost of this is spot on for protection for hundreds of dollars worth of gear. The quality is top notch and the layout of the foam is great. There are spots for all of the parts. Highly recommend this for people who want to take their GoPro and some accessories out for the day and want a safe, compact way to store them all.

I purchased this case to go along with my Go-Pro Hero 3+ Black edition camera. The case itself has some structure to it and definitely seems to be sturdy enough to handle some abuse and provide additional protection for your investment while traveling. The foam slots are nice and cover most of the basic accessories, such as an extra memory card, an additional battery, A/V cables, manuals, etc. The large open slot is big enough to store the WiFi remote, mounting adapters, extra camera housing door and even a wall charger. I do not consider the case great for several reasons. First, I would like to have seen more slots for extra batteries. For some reason they made the decision to have two slots for LCD BacPak's. Now I am sure some people find this useful, but I think most people would rather have room for more batteries since many of the people I know don't have a single BacPak, let alone two. For those that have the larger camera housing to fit the GoPro with BakPak installed I don't know that it would fit inside this case. That being said, you can use the BakPak slots to hold additional batteries, so all is not lost. The other thing I don't like about the case is the mesh pocket. It sits right over the camera case lens, which I believe will create scratches over time. I use an old microfiber cloth to lay over the camera before closing the case. Am I happy with the case overall? Yes. Do I think there is room for improvement? Definitely. It would be nice to see a few different cases in the same size with layouts to meet a variety of needs.

Recently bought a GoPro Hero3 Black Edition and the most shocking thing was the abundance of little parts. Started looking for a case to fit one unit with mounting accessories, LCD BacPac and Battery BacPac, and this fit perfectly. Since I use the GoPro mostly for Time Lapse Photography, I have the actual camera in The Frame to allow access to the charging port. The case works so that the GoPro inside the frame is in one of the camera slots, while the water tight case is in the other. Not exactly as intended, but it works for my application. In addition to the GoPro, Watertight Case, two BacPacs and Frame, I also have multiple memory cards with adapters & their original plastic cases, Suction Cup Mount, The BackPac Frame, Handle Bar Mount and various other mounts and feet. Great case. Very well padded and well worth the $60.00 I paid to protect a $900 investment and keep it together with all of it's tiny parts.

I had same doubts before i purchased this product, i was afraid how it will protect the cameras and how i can organize the extra pieces. The box give a very stable hold for the cameras. On the left side i sill have place to put there the charger, small tripod or any other accessories what i need for the trip. On the right side of the box there is a really decent place for the spare batteries, SD cards and for the cameras. The only problem what i found is the hight of the case. When i want to put the camera in it's place with the extra battery it is too high for this case (Hero2, Hero 3 Black still good). I ended up to put a soft cloths to protect the Camera's plastic case from the other side of the SP case. The top side of the SP case has a huge package where i put some small accessories and cables. And i afraid they will scratch the camera's plastic case.

le colis a était livré a temps, cette malette est tres pratique pour proteger sa gopro, surtout car comme j'ai la gopro hero 3+ j'ai deux boitier (bacpac) donc elle est geniale pour moi et de plus, elle protège bien des choc

Goproの収納には最適です。サイズも強度も問題ありませんでした。長い間使いましたが、チャックが壊れなかったにが良かったですね。
