Excellent garden fertilizer; great formulation; made in USA; trustworthy brand
I'm very pleased with this organic fertilizer. It's a 2-5-3 formulation that is excellent for a wide range of vegetables. I augment it with fish fertilizer for veggies that need a nitrogen boost (such as leafy greens) but for everything else, this works very well. It's granular and easy to work into the ground (or pot/raised bed). As with any organic fertilizer there's a noticeable odor, but it's not bad at all. It's derived from bone meal, poultry manure and sulfate of potash. It also provides a good assortment of bacteria and fungi species to build and maintain a healthy soil environment. It is made in the USA. I've been a Jobes user for years and none of their products have ever fallen short of expectations. This is no exception -- five stars.

Sometimes defective product and fantastic customer support
I purchased Jobes fertilizer before and was always happy with it. I also know how it's supposed to look. Last time I purchased "citrus and fruit jobes" on Amazon I knew the product was not good right away. Usually it looks like little dark roundish granules (see the pic of palm fertilizer I got from the same seller here on amz), but the citrus one was light gray rough rocky powder that smelled way too much of manure. The other times the product would have a tolerable smell of manure, that's expected, but this bad product I got this time smelled undearably. Additionally when I opened the bags (I got 2) the chicken manure smelling powder flew up into my face, on my hair and clothes. I thought they changed the formula, that's why it looked so different. The caducity date was good (see the pic), so I added the fertilizer to most of my fruit plants and citrus trees pots, worked it into the top layer as usual, watered as usual. Fastforward a few days, I discovered that all of my pots that I fertilized with this had infestation of house flies larvae. I was shocked and disgusted. I used a natural remedy to try and kill them, but most of my plants are dead and I am still seeing if the other ones survive. You can see in my video and pictures of larvae thriving inside the soil and agonizing after I drenched infested pots with my thermonuclear natural solution. My best guess at what happened is that some insect ate the manure component of the fertilizer while it was in the bag, it lost its granular shape and became powdery, then I used it in my pots, and it became readily available for flies to reproduce in my moist warm pot soil spruced with powdered chicken waste. That never happened to me before and I do gardening for 9 years. Only this time with this smelly powdery failure of a fertilizer. I contacted the company thru their website, because my return window closed 6 days ago, but no reply from them. I am going to try to call, will update if they stand behind their product. I am out of money, out of my tomatoes for the season, out of hours of labor to grow the seedlings and then to kill the infestation, out of luck with aftersale support. That's some serious bad luck with this product. If you see your fertilizer powdered, return asap, don't use it, or you will find yourself in a conundrum similar to mine. Update: customer support agent responded and promised to send replacement. I will update review if I get it. So far so good. Update 2: changed title and star rating from 1 to 5. Just 1 day later I received 2 bags from Debbie from CS of Jobe's, opened and yay! same amazing quality that I've come to expect from Jobe's. I appreciate their wonderful product and great customer support. I also purchased from them flower fertilizer and palm fertilizer. They have earned a fan for life in me. Thank you Jobe's!

Very good fertilizer for the tomatoes! we had so many tomatoes that we didn't even eat them all! so they all rotted away... but other than that this is a great fertilizer. I would get it again

Jobe's Organics 09026 Fertilizer: A Review for Green Thumbs (and Those Who Want to Be)
As someone who loves fresh veggies but doesn't always have the time or skill for meticulous gardening, I was intrigued by Jobe's Organics 09026 Fertilizer. Its organic claims and promises of fast-acting results seemed too good to be true, so I put it to the test in my tomato patch. Here's the dirt: The Good: Organic Bounty: This fertilizer is OMRI-listed, meaning it's certified organic and free of synthetic chemicals. My veggies grew happily without any worries about harsh additives. Speedy Sprout: Jobe's Biozome, a blend of beneficial microbes, definitely lived up to its name. My tomato plants flourished within weeks, with noticeably more vibrant leaves and earlier fruit production. Drought Defender: Even during a surprise heatwave, my tomato plants held strong. The improved soil conditions thanks to the Biozome seemed to help them retain moisture and weather the dry spell. Pest Patrol: While not a magic bullet, I noticed a decrease in insect activity compared to previous years. The healthier plants seemed less appealing to hungry bugs, which gave me some peace of mind. Convenient Caddy: The resealable bag makes it easy to store and use the fertilizer. No more messy spills or lost product! The Not-So-Good: Potent Aroma: Some reviewers mentioned an unpleasant odor. While I didn't find it unbearable, it's definitely noticeable, especially right after application. Be prepared for a whiff of earthy funk. Mystery Microbes: The exact composition of Jobe's Biozome isn't readily available. While it seems effective, knowing more about the specific microbes involved would be reassuring for some gardeners. Not for Indoor Use: This fertilizer isn't meant for indoor plants. So, if you're hoping to boost your houseplant jungle, you'll need to find a different formula. Overall: If you're looking for an organic and fast-acting fertilizer to give your veggie garden a boost, Jobe's Organics 09026 is a great option. The Biozome technology truly seems to work, leading to healthier plants and earlier harvests. Just be prepared for the earthy aroma and the lack of detailed information about the microbes at play. Happy gardening!

Used this product per instructions after 5 weeks I see the beginnings of flowers. I’m so excited as this is my first lemon tree. It does have a smell that my dog finds interesting but I stirred it into the top couple of inches of soil and after a couple watering it is no longer an issue.

I have started seeds in June 2021 for a calamondin. They sprouted and grew but never had new growth for 2-3 months. I researched online and found this Jobe's Citrus fertilizer that seem to have very good reviews and decided to try them on. My babies loved them!!! In a week or two, all of my seedlings started to have new growth. One of the 'rockstar' seedlings in the picture grew 4 new leaves (week1) and on week 2, it started growing another set of 4 leaves!! If you are still deciding whether to buy this or not, I guarantee you should get them! Side note though as the other review noted, seems the smell of this fertilizer attracts dogs. My pooch never left my side while I was fertilizing the plants, they're drawn to the smell of it! So make sure you pack them securely away from your pets.

After spending much time contemplating what fertilizer I should get for my citrus I decided on this. I am glad I did. I used it on my Meyer tree and it was not long after I see my tree perking up and my tiny lemons are growing like crazy. It's also good for stone fruit. I used it on my baby peach tree and it really took off. I am very happy with this product. Just follow the instructions.
