I have fallen in love with these. I needed something to give me a little push to start my workout journey and these really helped me achieve that. They are super comfortable and help you sweat a lot more, well they did for me anyways. Could be different for others but I highly recommend. I got a size small and its pretty true to size. I wanted a little bit tighter fit also to help me sweat more and compress my thighs.

I was pleasantly surprised at how much these made me sweat!! I wore them for a long walk and when I took them off that was the only part of my body really sweating. I plan on wearing these for some heavier workouts as well so i can tone up my thighs! I will leave a follow up review after wearing for an extended time. But for now, so far so good!!

I absolutely love this product. I always put them on when I'm going to work out for an hour and I'm already seeing results after using them for 3 weeks. I've been trying to tone my body and my inner thighs have been quite challenging to tone up so it's nice to finally find something that works for that specific area. If you apply yourself and be consistent you WILL see results!

I love that I can target my thighs because that’s where I tend to hold my extra weight even when I’m very fit/skinny. It’s the same material as a wet suit for scuba diving, so it really does trap heat and make you sweat. The only thing is I wish they made it a bit more compressive like shape wear. Other than that I think it’s pretty genius to target certain trouble spots! Anything to give me an edge to my workout.

Did exactly what it said: helped me sweat AND stay warm! Which is great bc I am a dancer so, after the gym I ALWAYS stretch and I could tell I was DEFINITELY more warmed up and flexible. The only thing I didn't like is the small was just slightly too tight.

Great quality and effective product. I love this brand and am so excited they came out with leg cuffs! Wish they came in a size smaller

They don't stay up and did not work out for me did not make me sweat

El tamaño está bien y es práctico para usar... solo que no me hace sudar casi nada.. el material luce muy delgado.. por dentro es casi como una tela vieja que está a punto de romperse..De todo el cuerpo estoy empapada de sudor y cuando los quito ahí está seco casi en su totalidad. Compre para los brazos y el chaleco y me pasa lo mismo en esas áreas... suda uno más con los chalecos baratos que parece que tienen foami por dentro.

Los estoy usando diario y pienso comprarme otros identicos. Me estan ayudando mucho con mis muslos, gracias!
