The board is ok however the marker in not magnetic. Had to purchase separate magnetic marker.

It looks really good. Almost like a picture in a picture frame. I couldn't hang it properly yet as the hardware it came with is from wood or dry wall and not concrete. The marker and eraser works like a dream. The marker isn't magnetic, it doesn't stick to the board though.
