Super versatile and yummy seasoning
This seasoning is really a wonder for pretty much anything. We use it on air fryer veggies, fish, grilled meats, potato salad etc. It’s very good, it’s mildly spicy, and has a unique flavor. It’s super easy to manage the packets, we just dump them into an old spice shaker and it keeps fresh.

Delicious Thai seasoning
We have been using it for years. Amazing flavor and spiciness. Brown half a pound of ground pork, add seasoning and some water, reduce and add onions/garlic (add more fish sauce or Thai chillies). Serve over white rice with sliced cucumber and fried egg.

Who doesn't like larb?
A staple in our diet! Not as cheap as the grocery store, but convenient.

Delicious laab!!
It's delicious and so simple to make. Great with most any ground meat, we use grd turkey or chicken usually. Add a bit of green onion at end, top over rice. Mint if you have it, we didn't. We used a whole pound of meat two different times. Only calls for 300g, but we were glad we did, as it is a bit spicy. Rice tames it some. Also good with side of cottage cheese. YUMMY!!!

Very Flavorful & Spicy
Excellent authentic Laap spice packet - a bit spicy but the real thing, would recommend it.

Tastes great and way cheaper than restaurants
This is my go to Larb mix, usually mixing 2 packets for every 2lbs of turkey/chicken or pork, if you like it spicer go 3 packets. I also add 1 bunch of cilantro, 1 bunch green onion and 2 limes per 1lb of protein and some black pepper...tastes is awesome!!!!

Best Easy Larb/Nomtok
I worked in a northern-Thai restaurant for years and larb and nomtok were always favorites. I’ve always struggled getting the fish sauce/lime/palm sugar ratios just right…and frankly keeping a handful of specialty ingredients on hand can be difficult. These packets are PERFECT! And so easy to use! I wrongly assumed they wouldn’t be spicy enough, but I would say they are a typical restaurant “hot”. If you are someone that likes sour, a squeeze of lime after you dish it up will be perfect. 10/10…will recommend to literally anyone!
