The ingredients in Neuriva® Plus Capsules are: 1.7 mg of Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine hydrochloride), 680 mcg DFE of Folate, 2.4 mcg of Vitamin B12 (as cyanocobalamin), 200 mg of Coffee Fruit Extract (Coffea arabica), 100 mg of Phosphatidylserine capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, titanium dioxide, carrageenan, pectin), microcrystalline cellulose, rice bran, silicon dioxide, and magnesium stearate.

what is the difference between this and the original?

Comparing the labels, the original Neuriva does not have the vitamin supplements, only coffee fruit extract (100mg) and Phosphatidylserine (100mg) noting that Neuriva plus also contains 200mg of coffee fruit extract where the original only has 100mg.
