The product didn't work me, I took it for 3 weeks and it didn't improve my symptoms. Very disappointing because I was hoping it would work because it's an expensive supplement. 😕

Starting taking on a Sunday and by Thursday started with severe abdominal cramping. Took four days to subside. This was listed as a side effect. Had not yet experienced hot flash relief.

Did not stop hot flashes and I'm in post menopause.
