This “Organic Italian Volcano” lemon juice is wonderful! It’s delicious, in a very handy size, and I love that there are no chemicals — just pure organic lemon juice! I like that the bottles are glass, not plastic, and they are protected in a custom made recyclable pack so they arrive in perfect condition.

Update: the new shipping materials include egg carton type card board that these snuggly fit in sideways. Rather then standing up. The box is a little longer and less wide. Super happy with delivery and restocking. The expiration date is four months away. I’ll be freezing a few bottles in freezer bags for later use to keep them fresh as I won’t finish all six in four months. Sharing this for a suggestion. Recommend, use an ice cube tray. Freeze half cubes in the portion size. Fill a freezer bag with portions. They’ll last quite a while this way. ————————- Whole Foods shopper who relocated. Amazon is my only means of acquisition. Besides amazing lemon water that’s refreshing you might be asking yourself! Lemon raises alkalinity in people. Lowering acidity. Dis-ease preventing body chemistry. Every morning it’s added to 1/2 gallon of water. Organic apple cider vinegar is, too. Plus, scoops of Amazing Grass Super Food Wheat Grass. Various scoops like Watermelon, Pinapple Lemongrass, Super Berry, Tangerine. The additional lemon and ACV make it tastes more fruity. To me anyway. This morning drink has vegan caffeine, multiple vitamins, exuberant amount of anti-oxidents that lower inflammation. Extra Vit C. I’m 54 as of the righting of this. Don’t crave coffee to caffeinate. Rarely catch a sniffle ever any more. Am in exceptional health. Always hydrated well. In part due to the delicious flavor of this product. Keeps me craving more. This lemon contributes to my overall health and well being. Extra tips: lemon water is known to assist with weight management and metabolism. Also, cotton ball amount on skin reduces sun spots. Lightening their color. Buying organic raw lemons isn’t always easy. This product saves the time, money, and is truly a wonderful product. I’m happy to say I’ve used for over six years now. Since first finding it at Whole Foods on the east coast. Price point can’t be beat for six. Oh, and it arrived four days earlier than estimated. Perfect product. Perfect seller experience! Concerned about possible expiration? Recommend, add to small freezer grade bags. Lay flat until frozen. Stand up side by side and use as needed. Braking off pieces to use and continuing to keep frozen.

I love this stuff. I can't say it tastes much better than ReaLemon that you could buy at the grocery store but I just like the idea of its quality and maybe it has a tiny bit more flavorful or nutritious from the volcanic soil! I may be deluding myself! But I keep a bottle in the refrigerator and I use it daily in various ways.

I'm giving 4 stars simply because everyone in the reviews was stating how much it taste "just like fresh lemon juice" and so my expectations were high and I was disappointed when it didn't. However it is leaps and bounds better than the regular store-bought citric acid. This tastes best when mixed in a drink or added to a recipe. However tasting right from the bottle, NOTHING tastes like fresh lemon, except fresh lemon. So manage your expectations. An extra star for the shipping packaging. Sturdy, snug, upright, bottle bubble wrap. Overall I'm satisfied with the product. It will make due during California's drought when fresh lemons are a dollar a lemon! Not like fresh lemons, but close enough (in a recipe) in fact the ascorbic flavor is more powerful in hot recipes where natural lemon deminishes with heat. I use this for my daily fermented ACV lemonade. And it's natural enough for the drink to ferment, so, kudos!

I've been enjoying the Organic Italian Volcano Lemon Juice for more than a year and add it to my water several times a day. It tastes great and makes it very easy to get some extra vitamin c in my diet. I also add 1 Tbsp to a glass of Apple Cider Vinegar, along with some water before each meal. It tastes so good that my wife is drinking it too!

I first had an error with the product but the supplier did an amazing job helping sort out the problem and get me my product as promised. Amazing product and totally recommend it.
