Will this stick on enamel paint

I don't see any reason it wouldn't stick to enamel. It sticks to most any smooth flat surface. It sticks to refrigerators, and laminated furniture. The adhesive is similar to a post-It-note. You could test the enamel surface with one of those.

This product looks like it has a real texture feel to it. Does it really feel textured if you run your hand down it?

No, it is smooth to the touch but the visual looks textured.

Will this stick to a lightly textured wall?

No. We tried to put it up on a very lightly textured wall. We had to order more paper because some rolls seemed to stick and others didn’t... when we ordered more in hopes of another roll sticking. It has a different dye lot so it has a slightly different color. It’s a mess
