The best frisbee for dogs by far!
The media could not be loaded. I have a cattledog who is an absolute frisbee nut and we play frisbee at least twice a day every day. I've probably owned two dozen of the Flippy Flopper Dog Frisbees over the last several years and I've tried most if not all dog frisbees on the market. After literally thousands of throws I can say the Hyper Pet frisbee is by far the best in terms of flight dynamics and weight while at the same time being safe for the dog. It's about finding a balance between distance and hang time which allows the dog to catch up to the disc and make the catch. Many competing frisbees simply don't fly long enough due to how they are constructed and wind up on the ground. The Flippy Flopper has a parachute effect once it's in flight which helps it maintain hang time and makes for great catches. The disc can easily be thrown 50-75 yds or more (key is not to overpower the throw) and hangs long enough for a quick dog to make the catch. This frisbee will not withstand a chew session for very long so you need to take the disc away after your session if you have a chewer. It's fairly easy for the dog to chew through the seams and pull out the rubber ring around the edge and I know dogs that enjoy doing just that when left alone with the flopper for a period of time. That being said, when used as a frisbee for games of catch it has plenty of durability and my dog has discs that are 8+ months old stashed all around the yard and garage (but not in the house!) as a testament to its durability. All the designs are great but our favorite is "Go Nuts for Donuts" (especially in the morning session) and the "Green Monster" (eye). Would love to see some new designs Hyper Pet or better yet a custom option! So if you have a frisbee dog or a dog you would like to turn into a frisbee dog this product is what you are looking for. Enjoy!

One of the Most Durable, Fun, Colorful Flying Dog Discs EVER!!!
The media could not be loaded. Our 2-1/2 year old labradoodle, Luna, is a super active, super chewer! She is so respectful of everything in our home, but when it comes to her toys, she is known as "The Destroyer," from a very young pup. She is not allowed to have any more plush toys, or anything less than those designed for the most aggressive chewers. She literally shreds most dog toys described as being for the most aggressive chewers, and we're pretty sure she takes pride in that! She's even demolished and taken chunks right out of the strongest canine plastic flying discs, including those designed for competition and heavy biting. So when we decided to try this Hyper Pet flying nylon disc, we have zero expectations of it lasting more than a day or so. However, WE'VE NOW HAD THIS AMAZING FLYING DOG DISC FOR GOING ON 2 YEARS NOW!!!Can't even tell you how pleasantly surprised we, and Luna, are by this! She plays hard with it just about every week. We live in FL and take her out back often. We take her bucket of "tough toys" with us (they are few, believe me), but THIS is her absolute favorite, paws down!! She loves it so much we already bought a replacement, just so she would never have to be without one (those of you with kids, human or furry, know exactly what I mean, and why we do this). She has caught and chewed on this thing hundreds of times, and it's literally the only toy she has never damaged at all, beyond it looking well-loved as it does. It truly boggles the mind - it's nylon! This thing has held up so well we would swear it was kevlar.Luna LOVES her favorite-est toy ever (as you can see in the pics and vid). The irony is we bought the 2nd one (we didn't initially buy the 2-pack because we didn't think it would stand a chance even against her). But we might just have to start rotating the 2nd one in, because this one seems like it's in for the long haul.Best money EVER spent on ANY of her dog toys - without a doubt!! No exaggeration at all!

Fabric frisbee - my aussies loves it!
My aussie absolutely LOVES this frisbee. Her favorite game is catching the frisbee so I was in search of an alternative to the hard plactic ones that hurt her mouth. This was the perfect solution! Its very light weight but still flies very well. I like the fact that its a parachute type material so the wind can "float" it slightly so when she's doggin' it she can still get to it and catch it. We have not had any mouth issues since finding this frisbee. Its flexible and easy to toss and easy for her to catch. It seems to hold up well but I wouldn't let your dog chew on it. The edges are a heavy fabric covering some type of rope and the center is parachute type material. Both of these could be easily damaged if chewed on, which will affect the quality of flight. It did take me a few times to get the best throwing form but now its very easy. This is a great option and we play for hours!

Somehow amazing and beloved
To start, this thing was given to a 130lbs rottweiler. This rottweiler eats kong toys, labeled as indestructible in a week. We are at the one month mark, and he loves this toy and is treating it with a loving gentleness... for some unknown reason. He bit it hard the first day and tore a few little holes, but overall is very happy with the toy.I am happy with this toy, as a donut fryer I used to give donut plushes to him when he was a puppy and this came in a donut design as of this review. plus the price is amazing for a very destructible toy, Highly recommend if you like the design OR you are giving it to a reasonable sized, or tempered dog, if your dog is neither of those things. If the designs mean nothing to you and you have a big or energetic dog definitely skip this.4 stars because at $8 Im going to be buying a second one after this review for when my dog destroys his first. Big dog owners really have bad choices, $2 cheap ones from the pet store that last 2 hours, this toy that SOMEHOW lasted a month+ despite being fairly fragile, or $30 kong or kong-like "indestructible" toys that last 1 week of heavy use or 1 month of monitored careful use
