Just when you thought it couldn't get more dense with options and interpretations, there's more!
For the most part this is a surprisingly forgettable rehash of material that's been covered several times already. Some of the original bits not already covered in Mastering The Mystical Heptarchy I find unusable, such as a few likely spurious adjustments to the Calls. I feel like he's trying to retrofit the parts of the system that actually survived the centuries to conform to an intellectual, and possibly inappropriate, paradigm that was overlaid onto it later so that magicians could put the work into an elemental context. There is a section on the creation of Enochian talismans that I did not actually try out, but that repelled me aesthetically. I'm not sure I could get over their lack of beauty enough to work with them, considering that the elegance of the system is what drew me to it in the first place. I respect the fact that he's a practicing magician talking about what's worked for him personally, however. I feel that his writing is sincere and that he's actually done all the work he's described, which is more I can say for some books on this topic.I feel as though as I try to address and somehow reconcile both the GD and Dee purist system, and the Christian vs. Thelemic take on this material, it takes something that is already very convoluted and makes it feel as though angels are barfing Enochian alphabet soup into my brain. It's possible that I'm just not familiar enough with this material on a practical level to appreciate what he's trying to do; I was hoping for the illumination of a clear path through this dark forest that I personally did not find, and now feel even more paralyzed by all the options that confront me. Usually magical systems seem unfathomably complex at first, and then open up into harmony and clarity once I grasp certain keys. I'm still waiting for that moment to hit me with the Watchtower system.

Good book
This is a good book that goes into great detail about the Enochian systems. There are many summonings and incantations as well.

I love this book
I love this book, I have read prety much everything is out there about enochian, and this is the one I have found to be less complicated to read and better organized. One of the thing I like about Scott is that he base his book in real practical knowledge, he really test everything before coming to conclusions which is what this book is about about real practical instructions on the subject. This book is for anyone that want the "how to" of enochian, you will not need another practical book, maybe another point of view like The essential Enochian Grimoire by AAron Leitch.

Love it!
Another great volume on Enochian Magick by a true purist. Scott goes back to the original sources and presents us with the Enochian system as it is truly meant to be. Looking forward to some serious Enochian work in the near future. Thanks Scott!

Worth the Purchase and a Must Have for any Genuine Student, Seeker and/or Practioner
This book is eloquently yet concisely written, easy to follow and contains invaluable material compiled both from Scott's blog (re: The Operant Fields and the various Banishing and Invoking Rituals). Just like Modern Magick by D.M. Kraig (R.I.P.), this book is a must and belongs on the bookshelves of any sincere and genuine seeker. It is well worth the buy and I look forward to purchasing the other books in this series. Kudos Scott on the great effort put in writing it! :)(Purchased via Amazon.in)
