Loctite 37539 Silver-Grade Anti-Seize Lubricant Tube - 1 oz
Loctite is such a good product I decided to purchase this item and I like its small size since I don't use that much like a company would. It also makes an item cheaper to purchase when there is less in the tube. I haven't used any of it yet, so can't say much about it, but anti-seize compound doesn't have much to say about it until you get ready to remove it years later. I have used it and do like anti-seize also for limiting rust factors.

Easy to use, no fuss
I really liked the no mixing, no mess tube, and the small size i had to buy. I think the silver base will work well, perhaps better than the aluminum one by Permatex.

Works great
I use it on shotgun choke tubes. The barrel and screwed in choke tubes can get very hot and without an anti seize lubricant, the tubes can be difficult to unscrew. Of course it helps to clean the barrel, threads and choke tubes after you shoot but sometimes it just isn't practical. Keep those threads clean and use this or some other anti seize.

Whipped Cream For Your Nuts And Bolts
Using a Q-tip to allow better control and avoid skin contact, I applied this to the threads of a galvanized bolt prior to screwing on the nut. Went on as smoothly as whipped cream. Then I covered the assembly with crushed stone and continued with my project. Will return in a few years to see how easy it will be to remove the nut.

Used this on my bikes pedals so that next time I take them off I don't run the risk of stripping them. This stuff is messy! When you puncture the top make sure you don't have the tube pressed because it will start to come out and make sure you have a rag available. The small tube is enough and will go a long way. I read a tip where this stuff can also be used on battery terminals. I will give this tip a try since my battery is developing a lot of white powder on the terminals.

Meets my needs
Been using loctite anti seize on stainless steel threads. I've used the copper grade version and it works ok but it has a gritty feel to it. The silver grade feels smoother. The loctite anti seize is easy to wipe off too. It doesn't gum up like some other brands. Also use it on battery connections for various devices. Seems to help limit corrosion of the contact points. Don't need to use very much of the product so this 1 oz tube is a good size. Amazon sent it quickly and the product arrived undamaged.
