My experience has been great. I have been walking a treadmill since March 2022, trying to lose weight, and I did ok. Then I had to have hernia surgery due to my weight. I had four hernias and an excellent doctor, recovery was painful and hard, but I kept going, I heard about the vest online, decided to give it a try, it has helped me in my recovery, I now do 45 minutes at 3.2 mph I burn 265 calories a day and take in about 1100 calories a day, I loss on average 2 lbs. a week, but I am 62 years old. The fit was a challenge because I have a 46 bust, but it still fit well, just had to squeeze the girls in. the zipper holds the girls well and the belt doesn't give me a problem, the support is amazing.

I did not order this as a weight loss device. I was looking for something to help with lower back pain and poor posture. The products that advertise posture correction are very strappy-looking, which is not appealing to a busty woman who works at a desk. So I thought I'd try this. As soon as I slipped it on and strapped in, I immediately felt better. I plan to wear it every day. It's probably not a panacea for extreme injury, but for lingering old injuries and bad habits, I think it will definitely help. Btw, this item definitely runs smaller than most US sizes. I ordered a size 3x larger than I would have liked to admit to, and it fits perfectly.

This review is from a woman who is 5ft 10" tall, 255 Pounds, 44-51-40, and I ordered a size 4xl. Let me start by saying that, overall, I'm satisfied with this product, however, women like me, who have large stomachs with a little bit of hang in the front, order a size up from what you normally would. I put this on, and felt comfortable and supported, except the bottom of the stomach. I understand this won't necessarily hold the stomach UP, but the part that wraps around your stomach and velcro shuts, you will have more of it to offer more support to hold your stomach IN so it won't get in the way of your workouts. I needed a couple more inches in that area to comfortably fit and support. Also, women with large breasts (me again) will find the top portion a little cumbersome as it will squeeze you pretty tight and will be hard to zip (if you order your normal size). With the goal of this being to hold you firmly, make you sweat, and offer support, it's FANTASTIC in that department!

I was skeptical if it really works. I ordered it anyways to try it. It came pretty fast, I was so excited to wear it and see if it works. I put it on and I am a small person and ordered a small. It fits a bit snug but it fits. The bigger the boobs, the more I advise you to order a size bigger. Anyways, mine fits a bit snug but I love it. It makes me sweat just by wearing it on top of a tank top doing my daily normal things. However, it really makes you sweat (without any creams) when working out (treadmill, running, biking, etc). My clothes come off so wet. I am shocked at how much it makes me sweat. I don’t wash it in the washing machine. I hose it after every use and hang it to dry. So I love it.

Too small

I would love to give this sauna vest a perfect rating.... does it make me sweat? YES! HOWEVER!!, It is also sewn badly, the fabric was not cut properly and as a result it does not fit nor wear like it should. It is also already falling apart. I'm so disappointed. I'm hoping to be able to get it replaced for a better made one. None of the sticking lines were made straight and as a result of that the material that is inside the vest, the material that makes you sweat and hold you in tight is ripping all over the place. I would like to also add that this vest is not too small for me it is in fact a bit too big. I ordered a size 4XL because of reading the reviews and not being sure what size to go with but a 3XL would have been better. If you purchase thise take a CLOSE look at the stitching and make sure that the velcro pieces are sewn correctly. Mine are not and as I stated before that is the cause of why it is not functioning as well as it could be. I have only washed it once, hung it to dry after, and I've only had the chance to wear it a couple times. I recently started working out in it when I noticed the tear in the back part of the vest on the inside material. I also noticed that it started to roll up once I was actually working out in it. I'm not sure if that is just what it does or if its because of how it was made. I would definitely recommend this product but I would also recommend that people inspect it well and request a replacement for anything that is not right. For specs - Height: 5'4 Weight: 268lbs Side note: I also measured my self the way the chart shows to and my numbers in some areas were bigger than their largest size but as I stated, the size I got is a bit too big. I would recommend looking through the photos at the people who posted themselves in it and mentioned the size they bought so you can get a good idea. ,

Great product! It works as promised. I love love this vest and wear it for every workout. I sweat way more than I do with out it. I feel like it provides support to my back. It also helps shape your stomach. The velcro is very sturdy as is the zipper. I wear a size 14 (tall, 6’0 lean body type) and brought a size extra large and it fits! IF you have big boobs at a size 14 I would go with the 2x because the boob area can be pretty snug and my boobs are just making it in. I am buying a 2nd one for sure. It has been 2 weeks since I have been using it on a daily and I couldn’t ask for better.

en mi experiencia cuando te midas para elegir tu talla asegurate de elegir el numero mas bajo en la tabla acercado a lo que es tu medida real para mayor soporte, fuera de eso me encantó
