Decent choice for growing potatoes in bags
Used these to grow Yukon potatoes in March 2020. Could only fit one tuber per bag so my yield was not as high as I would have liked. Additionally the potato plant grew quite high which caused the bag to lean a bit (this may not be an issue for other plant varieties). The front opening made it easy to harvest potatoes as they were ready. I would have liked the bag to be wider and taller, though that's my own fault for not finding one with larger dimensions. I'm currently using the bags to grow broccoli. The bags are a little floppy but I'm overall satisfied. I plan to update this review next year to comment on durability.

Very well constructed, went back and bought 6 more
These 3 packs of 7 gallon grow bags are much nicer than what I was expecting. I'm using them now not only for potatoes, but also for patio tomatoes. I believe the air exposure enabled by the bag is preventing root circling, my patio veggies are growing much better in these bags than in the clay pots I usually use.

Couldn't find locally
Love these bags, I can grow potatoes right on my deck. I have tall leaves now and waiting for them to flower and then die down. Then fresh potatoes. YUM.

I doubt you will get your money's worth of potatoes
I think I spent more on the soil and bags than I will ever recoup from the crop. Nice concept but one eyou open and the dirt gets in the velcro hard to reseal

7 gallons? More like 5, maybe. PRICEY.
Seem sturdy enough--we'll see. But I hate false advertising, and there's no way these are more than 5 gallons. I know because I use 5 gallon food storage buckets for my tomatoes, and these are no larger than my buckets.

Easy to use and move
I really like these bag pots...so much that I bought a second set. The handles on the side make them easy to move wherever you want them.
