I keep one at my study desk and place it between my knees while I’m sitting for long periods. This small habit has really helped me start addressing my right-left imbalance. I’ve been very right-side dominant for years, and my left side has been weaker, which contributed to my pelvic tilt. It’s still a work in progress, but I’m definitely noticing improvements. First yoga blocks I buy for home. Excellent texture and quality, they are really comfortable for support. The grey color is very aesthetic, I think the shade will be great for hiding any stains or dirt over time. They look expensive and I love that. I tried scratching them with my nails and the marks completely disappeared after a few minutes. The engraved logo is a nice plus. I love that they’re a bit taller than average blocks. The grip is good.
