I was a bit scared to buy this at first because I'd never gotten jewelry chain off of Amazon. But, I was pleasantly surprised! The gold is a beautiful color, and I love the texture of the chain. I'm using this for jewelry making, and the necklaces I've made so far all look all the more beautiful with this as the chain! It's also very sturdy since the links are welded.Also do keep in mind that the holes on this chain are very small and that you may need very fine jump rings or crimp closures. I usually use the links from another chain I have as a means to attach the jump rings and clasps.

This chain is great but the holes are really small ,you need a thin gauge jump ring for this one,the jump rings i had did not fit so i used a big safety pin to open the holes wider.This idea worked wonderful ,i was able to make lots of long lariat necklaces with beautiful pendants.Now to the company making this chain please suggest the correct gauge jump rings that is needed when the holes are so small in these chains,people do not need extra stress .Thank you.

I've just started making jewelry less than one year ago. I've found that I favor gold and love varieties in chain links. I saw this flat cable and thought it looked much like a valentino link. What I received is very sparkly, elegant, light but not cheap in feel. The only problem (and I chalk it up to my lack of experience) is that I cannot figure out how to separate the links so I can take custom lengths of this chain. I use a huge magnifier workstation and could not find ANY joints in each link. When it's assembled into a necklace, bracelet or dangly, that's great, because I won't have to worry about a joint separating; but during construction, I'm wasting one link at each end because I end up cutting a link off to get the desired length. Like I said, that's likely my bad. The product is very elegant, and despite my frustration, I've already reordered more. I give it a solid 5.

The chain fits what is advertised and worked perfectly for my costume(I really enjoy how it looks). The only problem I had is with how small the holes of the chain were, I struggled to connect them with the closures I had. Just make sure you have properly sized connectors and closures to work with this chain.

Very beautiful shiny color. These are sturdy and haven’t turned color. I sell these at my markets and have been able to withstand harsh rain and sun and have not lost its color.

This gold necklace was used to hold stone pendants. The chain is very strong and looks Beautiful while wearing. The chain has not tarnished after wearing daily for a week. The chain is a diamond cut which gives it a glitter shine and I have received many compliments on the chain itself. I will order again!

I don’t know if the length is 33 feet as described because it is very thin but it is shiny, I will use double layer of it to make the necklace kind of strong because one layer will be weak
