I got this at the recommendation of my natural doctor. She told me to take them for about 3 months, or until it started tasting kind of chalky, then only occasionally when I need them. I haven't had them that long, maybe a few weeks, but I really like the concept. I've been into natural medicine for a long time, and learning about mineral deficiencies is interesting to me. I don't know a lot about cell salts yet, but it seems to address restoring very foundational minerals needed by the body.I can't say I've felt anything especially different while taking these, but that seems consistent with what others have said. Restoring balance can take time. These have a very light sweet taste when you put them under your tongue and they dissolve fairly quickly. There is also a slight, smooth, chalky texture when they dissolve. It's not unpleasant or gritty. There are 1000 in the bottle I bought, but they're very small, so it's not like a big pill or tablet. These are also made in different concentrations, thus the 6X label on the description. I don't completely understand how the different concentrations compare to each other yet, but I do know it's important to take the right one. I bought the 6X because that's one of the concentrations recommended to me by my natural doctor.So far I like it. It seems like a nice, simple way to improve health over time. Learning about it made me want to look into other cell salts as well. I'm pretty sure there are around a dozen of them altogether.
