Awesome item and it works amazing.

I bought that brand because I heard great things about it & it was an affordable price for me. The other brand I was taking I liked but the price was too high. I really can't tell the difference between the two so I will continue with this brand as long as the price doesn't go up. The tablet is easy to swallow and does not leave any aftertaste. My energy level is good with this brand too. I believe it does help keep my water retention down so that's a plus. I only take one a day and I believe it helps with my functioning & mood some. I also heard it helps with glucose metabolism but I can't tell if it does. So far so good.

Even half of a tablet causes neuropathy symptoms for me. 10mg might be a more reasonable and safer dose.

Awesome to put in water because it dissolves quickly but also quite easy to swallow. Also has high vitamin D. Good smell and awesome brand.

I used this to help control the elevating of prolactin - it did its job. 100-200 a day seemed to be enough
