I received my case with a clear gouge in the leather as well as the stitching coming undone towards the bottom. While this is likely not the fault of the manufacturer, it does detract from brand quality.While I do like this case, it states to provide 360 degree protection. It does, but there is barely any lip along the front, so a flat faced drop will probably break the screen, as it is not very well protected. The case is a bit on the slippery side if you were to have sweaty hands like I do. The company could so with some perforations along to edges to aid in gripping the case/phone. The sides of the case do rise a small bit to protect the edges along the side, but only ever-so-slightly. There isn't much going along to protect the front of the phone, lest you purchase a screen protector or left your factory installed one on the phone.The buttons were a bit of a mixed bag. The power and bixby button were alright, but the volume buttons were a bit floating (as if the case was prematurely bent). They took more pressure to press and actuate the buttons.Overall, I will be returning this case. It's not what I expected. This company seems to favor Apple phones in terms of selection and availability and that is very disappointing. I can't say I'd recommend this case at all. If you were looking to purchase a leather case, you may want to look elsewhere.

Love it! Fits beautifully on s10+ and looks amazing..One downside is the leather is easy to scuff (being leather is to be expected).. never had a leather case so it take getting use to..

Had several friends and my wife ask how much it was because it looks expensive. Holding up nicely too.

The case is fine. I ordered it because I had one on my previous phone and wanted one for my new one. I received the wrong one and found out I could not return it. I like the product so much I ordered a second one and just decided to eat the cost of the mistake. Second one came, wrong one. Now I have two very fine phone cases for phones I don't own. I don't want to risk having it happen a third time.

The case itself is very attractive. Looks great on the phone. I do not think this will protect it much. It is raised on the back to protect the camera lens but does not fully wrap around the actual phone screen. If it drops face down I am 100 pct sure it will break even with a screen protector. However, I like the look so much I'm just rolling the dice.

Having the sewn edges makes this leather back VERY real. [Ones that fit around the edges DON'T look like leather, i.e. not real ]. THANKS !

Feels great...not as slick as a plastic case

Exceeded my expectations. I was doubtful at first but after holding it in my hand I actually really like it! The only thing to be sure of is that you have a screen protector as the case itself does leave you're screen exposed if you tend to place your phone face down
