Good sleeping pad, but will be upgrading to something different
I have slept on this mat about 10 times now, inflating and deflating it every time. All in all it's a very comfortable sleeping mat. So comfortable in fact that when I first tested it out I promptly fell asleep. When my boyfriend tried it afterwards he also decided to take a nap on it. Also my dog loves to sleep on it, and I'm happy to report that the material is sturdy enough to withstand her claws. Before buying this mat I spent hours looking at different sleeping mats and reading their reviews on amazon. I finally landed on this one for three main reasons: (1) the life time warranty (I appreciate a company that stands behind their product, and doesn't play into our throwaway culture), (2) the high R-rating of 3 (most other mats only offer an R-rating of up to 2.) However, I have no way of verifying if this R-value is correct, (3) the overwhelmingly positive reviews. The pros:- Super comfortable (even for side sleepers).- Easy to inflate (as a small female with subpar lung capacity I take about 12 normal breaths to fill it up completely).- Quick and easy deflation and super easy to pack away. The reason I'm looking for an upgrade:1. The mat is extremely slippery and quite noisy. On our last camping trip we couldn't find a completely level spot to pitch our tent and I was slipping off the pad all night. Even when the ground is level I tend to slip a lot when I'm sleeping inside my sleeping bag (which itself has a quite slippery outside). To avoid slipping too much I have to put the pad inside my sleeping bag but this doesn't work so well because of the square shape of the mat.2. As a 1.64m female I don't need a 200cm sleeping pad and the 200g extra it weighs compared to most shorter mats.3. Just a minor reason, I'm not a fan of the camouflage. I recently hung the mat on a branch to dry and actually struggled to find it again. Since you'll likely be sleeping in a tent, and because most animals are color blind anyways (in case you're out hunting and don't want to be seen), I always find green camouflage equipment rather silly. On the contrary, I like to buy high visibility colors, so I can find my gear in case I lose it, and I can use it to be seen more easily in case I get insured or lost.So FreeSymbol: I'd happily buy your product again if you could manage to create a less slippery, shorter (and possibly more sleeping bag shaped, and different colored) version of this mat.On a final note: I liked the box the pad came in, but find it a rather unnecessary use of resources and it just creates more trash that'll end up somewhere in a landfill.

Portable Air Bed
This is super lightweight and compact but blows up to be a decent level of comfort! It's an ingenious design with pockets of air which allows it to take up less space but be even comfier than old style air beds. The addition of a pillow is great and due to less air being needed than a normal air bed it can be pumped up with a foot pump in minutes. To deflate remove both caps from the bed to get the air out, for the pillow take off the cap and press the centre and the air will escape. This is a great product and I'd recommend for camping, travelling or even keeping in the car for any unexpected night stops. Please click helpful if my review was useful to you 😄

Were amazed at the compact size
After lots of research I went for this mat. I bought for next seasons hiking and camping expeditions.I was really impressed by the small size when packed (W-22cm)They are extremely lightweight (only 632 g)The mattress material is very light but very strong.Quick to inflate and deflate. Very comfortable ,I think more comfortable that roll mats.No problem getting it in my rucksack. Definitely now a part of my camping equipment for my hiking trails. I used for two nights just after buying it. Need to do some longer term testing in the field but I’m incredibly impressed so far. It was delivered quickly and was well packed.

Buy it with the peace of mind.
The item arrived well packed and the barrel box is a nice touch I think.First impression is the material and it's quality which feels very good. What you get is a pouch, a pillow and the mattress. I see no quality matters at all and the material is waterproof which is very useful. The blowholes are easy to use and have built-in safety valves to stop the air coming out. The pillow is a nice addition, air is simple to release with only pushing a button. Using it is very comfortable. The mattress is comfy as well and holds the inflated air perfectly.I am happy with the product and totally recommend it.

Good once inflated but with flaws
This is quite a long mattress and also quite narrow. It would have been better shorter but wider. The matrix of cells really does help protect the hips, but the flaw in this design is that the makers did not bother to provide a proper valve, though the instructions describe it as one. A valve is a device to block fluid or gas from escaping. There is no such thing on this mattress. It is a HOLE with a stopper! The problem with a hole and stopper is that it takes a lot more separate breaths to inflate because you lose a significant amount of air each time you blow. It also takes AT LEAST three times more blowing attempts to inflate than the maker claims. So ideally you need a pump which refeats the whole idea of this product. The only thing to recommend is therefore the included pillow, which is excellent, and the basic idea behind the cells. If there was a proper valve and this mattress was not so narrow, it might deserve one a two more stars.

Very good quality product
I purchased this as I normally just camp on a bed when I go fishing and lets say it's not very comfortable. I put this on top of the camping bed and its loads comfier. This is made with good quality waterproof material.Doesnt take long to unpack and repack. inflate and deflate. The pillow is made of a softer mater which aHas a nice feel.

Fantastic product.
Can’t wait to go camping and try this out properly. It is well made appears very robust was so easy to inflate and having had a good lie on it very comfortable. It packs away so small to. It rolled up so easily to the size it was when I unwrapped it and went back in its bag easily. This will be great to use when hiking and camping as well as just our usually camps and it’s lightweight and small to pack in your rucksack. Its that good I think I’m going to buy another one for my dad.
