I like this cover am installing it on my 04 Heritage Softail Fairing over a Pyle marine stereo I modified it some to fit over and completely around the stock Pyle dash cover I don't send items back because of little needed cosmetic changes 🤠

Keeps the water out of my boat radio , no leaks so far.I gave it 4 stars for the hinge springs, they seem very weak and won’t hold up the cover so I just prop it open.

I'm using this Pyle water resistant stereo cover on the front of a Large Plastic Tool box with a Car Stereo and Pyle 6 1/2 inch speakers mounted to the sides. This cover protects the front of the radio and makes the stereo face accessible without opening the box. The stereo display is still visible when the cover is closed. It makes a tight seal and I would consider it splash proof, it really finishes the project nicely.More about the box:The box is battery or DC powered using 10AH LiFePo battery. The charging is done using a 25 watt solar panel roughly the same size as the tool box. It can also be charged using a lighter cord or a 3 Amp AC charger. The box also supplies 2 USB charging ports and a 12 Volt Lighter socket. I also keep a small 110 volt 150 watt inverter in the box in case I need AC power in remote locations. This is great for camping, tailgating, remote work sites, field use, etc. There is even room for other items in the box. I purchased everything for this project on Amazon.
