I am unsure of what actual gauge these are but I’d say ~20/22. I usually wear a regular sized hoop which I pinch to be even tighter to my nostril. I thought these hoops would be great because they seemed small enough. They were too small & too thin material for me.But if you’re looking for tiny tiiiny gauge hoops, you may just like these.
