Interesting fit

I bought this to act as a coverup for a bikini, and it was a bit longer than I expected. The upper part of it fit snugly to my neck, but it was a bit loose at my torso. Overall though, I don't think I would've gone with a smaller size because it may have been too tight. Then again, these are supposed to be tight for surfing and such, right? I'm not experienced much in this area, but this is what I found.
