This is the best creatine I have ever had. I was really worried getting into creatine for the first time because I have such a sensitive stomach. I really did a deep dive for the best most pure creatine. I bought the unflavored and did a non-loading routine, about 2.5g for about a month and then 5g every day since then. No tummy issues! I also was extremely worried about the water weight in the beginning, and it really did show but I had to keep reminding myself that it wasn't going to be forever. Well, eventually I hit a certain weight and thought that was strange and would not budge any lower - Well duh! I had gained so much extra muscle from the effect of creatine and being able to lift more. It worked so much! Within in a week I was able to bump up to 5 pounds on almost everything I did. Weight loss? Yes, but you can't look at the scale as a means to determine your muscle mass to fat loss ratio. I usually chug my creatine with some water flavoring before a workout, I know you can take it after too and I've done that. Half and half dose may be ideal for pre and post workout. Started using for about a month. Stomach was upset for the 1st week had to go to the bathroom a lot. I had headaches felt dehydrated.Kept pushing through. Now I don’t have pain when I work out. My strength has increased. It take about a month to get the good effects and benefits. Wish it was a little cheaper.
