This vacuum is a step up from prior generations of robot vacuums. It is much quieter than previous iterations and has more suction power. It has trouble with the edges of area rugs, sometimes leaving dust bunnies and sometimes hanging up on carpet fringes. It does a better job of recognizing furniture legs and other narrow, vertical obstacles. It certainly beats having to vacuum manually.

This has been a real help around the house, with 2 big dogs and an active family keeping up with the daily vacuuming was getting hard to do.My only complaint is the dirt container doesn’t seem to work very well. All the dirt remains in the tiny inner circle and never flows to the bigger section of the bin so I have to empty it a couple of times when it is vacuuming so it doesn’t clog up.REVISED: Would never buy a refurbished version again. Company did not stand behind their product. Only had 20 min battery life when I requested to return it during the 90 day return policy they charged me $60!!! So they penalize you for selling badly refurbished vacuums. Buyer beware!

Works well but I have two and cannot find anyone who knows how, or instructions on how, to separate so both can be used with Alexa. Can anyone point me in the right directions? Thanks!

The machine seems to move randomly and misses areas as evidenced by obvious debris it goes up to and misses. Even if left to figure things out on its own, despite its two runs, lots of debris does not get picked up. It is frustrating to see it go upto a debris and then turn away from it. Does not pick up in the corners.

Love my Samsung Powerbot.

Seems to be built very well. These robot vacuums are not a substitute for a standard vacuum but they are good for between cleaning. I have two small dogs and it picks up their shredded hair. The only fault that I have noticed is that it sometimes becomes trapped between furniture. Also, the unit depends heavily on a good wifi router, if your 2.4 ghz wifi router doesn't work well, neither will this vacuum. I believe that is the case with all robot vacuums. Owners of this product would benefit from a more thorough owners manual.

Made it a week past the warranty. Hit a shag rug and pulled the whole front assembly out. Bought the asurion warranty but that has been a nightmare. Over 5 hours on the phone with them.... still not fixed and likely not.
