My favorite salt for several reasons. This salt has an amazing flavor. It is mineral rich. It has no additives like regular table salt. Yes it is pricey but worth every penny considering how little you use at one time. You will have to get over the gray color since it isn't bleached. It is moist and will draw more moisture in humid conditions. I wouldn't recommend trying to shake it out of a shaker over a hot, steamy pot. I use a grinder for the coarse crystals as a finishing salt and the fine ground for cooking. Just try it and you just might get hooked like me.

This is a delicious salt. It is a bit chunky, meaning it is not ground fine like ordinary table salt. This salt is great for on your food for cooking. And I like to grind this down to a finer size in my coffee grinder to use directly on my food.

It's difficult to use if you're trying to sprinkle it due to its dampness.

I use this Celtic sea salt for cooking it dissolves in a reasonable amount of time and hot boiling water does not taste overly salty but does add a bunch of mineable. Contents tends to be a bit on the moist side, but in large crystals

This is the third one pound bag we have purchased. If it came in a two pound bag, we would gladly buy it as the one pound bag is rather pricey. We find this Grey Celtic Sea Salt to be a very flavorful and a satisfying seasoning for side dishes and for recipes. It tastes great on corn on the cob, in marinates, stews, soups, and meat rubs. We still have about three pounds of Pink Himalayan Sea Salt from Pakistan set aside in the pantry as our taste buds have changed.
