How can we really know if any of these work? As long as i am feeling good i figure it isnt hurting me. I take it to help balance my blood sugar. I used to have a terrible time getting it under control. I’ve been taking this a number of years. I notice I haven’t had as many lows as before.

I'd taken it on and off when I was younger since I had read some BS article about fat melting and muscle building. It worked okay considering that at the time I was a sedentary student. Lately my blood pressure has been running high. Well... it's always been high, but my dentist started this policy where you have to have low enough blood pressure to get any procedure done from cleaning to fillings, because someone had a heart attack from stressing out and died in the chair. I have never been stressed out about dental procedures, but the rules are the rules, so I started looking for something OTC and lo and behold, my old pal chromium can help with that. I prefer to take things I've taken before since I have a lot of bad reactions to common medications so starting something new is enough to give the ol' blood pressure an uptick. Bought a bottle of this and I've been taking it daily. No ill effect, and my blood pressure's down a bit. I also feel like I have a lot more energy, which is a double edged sword during a pandemic. Also these are the same dose as I used to take, but the pill size is soooo much smaller now! The ones I took years ago were almost the size of a Mentos candy. These are more like the size you usually see on the round iburpofen tablets. Will definitely buy again when this bottle runs out.
