I bought the soft cover instead of the kindle.
This is a beautiful book with very clear explanations of the poses. I love the fact that it gives you an easier and harder version of each pose. I usually purchase books for my kindle but this time I purchased the soft cover. I’m so glad I did because I love looking through it. I highly recommend it!

A must have for Yin practitioners
OUTSTANDING BOOK! I’m a Yogi that has a passion for Yin, I teach this format and love this book. Easy to follow if your just starting your Yin journey. Great resource and reference book, helps me pull together logical sequences for my classes.

Kassandra is the best!
I bought this book after I subscribed to Kassandra’s yoga on YouTube. She does a great job teaching newbies like me how to get started and I have actually kept up with yoga for the first time in my life because I enjoy her videos so much. I highly recommend this book and her channel on YouTube. Kassandra has changed my life for the better... buy this book! You won’t regret it!!

Excellent, simple, beautiful
I have many yoga books and this is my favorite. It is simple to read and understand. Gives the harder and easier version of poses. Tells why to do the pose. Several sequences all ready for you in the back of the book. I would buy this book in all the other versions if it were available. Vinyasa, Restorative, etc. LOVE!

excellent content with ONE VERY LARGE CAVEAT
The content is excellent and easy to follow and incorporate into daily practice. ONE VERY LARGE CAVEAT: the omission of the table of contents in the kindle version is very unfortunate and severely hinders the functionality of the kindle book. To correct this problem, I bookmarked each pose with a note, creating my own table of contents. This took a l little time but i didn't mind because the kindle version is $1.99 versus $13.95 for the paperback.

High quality content and pictures.
I knew I wanted this book just from looking at the pictures within it. Not only does it show how to perform each movement, but there are clear and easy suggestions on how to modify it for those (like me) that are not flexible and new to trying to become that way. Highly recommended.

Love this book!
Kassandra has done an outstanding job with this text! I am a yoga instructor, and am always looking for good references. This is a beautiful book, which I will use as a student and teacher of Yin Yoga classes!

Great book. Excellent instructions from beginner to advanced. Also able to customize workouts for problem areas - neck, low back, etc

Brilliant book
I have a few yoga books but this one is so straightforward and well laid out. Although I do classes my favourite yoga is my home practice. I particularly like yin yoga as it de-stresses and goes well with my mindfulness meditation. Also the improvement I feel in my joints and body is excellent.This book is particularly easy to follow and very clear and also has some brilliant sequences. I would highly recommend this book. The photos are clear too with suggested easier or more difficult ways to do each one depending.

Recommended for your yoga book collection.
A great DK book with lots of ideas, even at my level as a yoga teacher.Beautiful photographs and step by step, safe instruction, with contraindications, and advanced versions of asanas. Lots of 30 or 60 minute routines for varying problems eg improving sleep/digestion/energy; stretching hamstrings; tight shoulders/neck etc etc.

Just as I imagined
This works particularly well in my Kindle version. It has a few suggested classes and modifications. It's informative, well thought out, presented and if you hadn't done any yoga before it would serve as a helpful introduction with ways to grow in strength and flexibility. It would be a useful tool to help with teaching yoga students also, a great accompaniment to Kassandra's classes.

A well written book on yin yoga, with clear information on what yin yoga is, yin yoga poses,and then yin yoga sequences of varying lengths and for different situations. The pictures are lovely and create a sense of calm just by looking at them.

Fantastic book, well illustrated
I love it !! First, is yin yoga really good for people with health challenges. Second, lot of pictures that illustrate all the asanas step by step. Last, there are a lot of programs that are proposed at the end of the book f. ex. hips or shoulders programs, begynder or intermediate rutines, etc.
