The best WW flour I have baked with. Also love their oats. A little pricey but worth it.

This is not the 1st time I have purchased this. I find it is much better than regular wheat bread. Sprouted wheat seems to rise better prior to baking and rises more during baking.

Hubby and I are trying to eat healthier and bread is a tough one. After doing lots of research, I ordered this brand of organic, non-GMO sprouted wheat flour and made a loaf of bread using my bread machine and one of my go-to recipes. However, I modified it a little: in place of milk, I used Kiefer, which is a fermented milk and has lots of probiotics (I've been using it in my morning smoothies lately), I used Kerry Gold butter (which is grass fed), I added a half cup of organic, non-GMO oats (to give the bread a softer texture), I added 2 tablespoons of seed mix (Chia, flax and hemp) and used organic brown sugar. I tell you what, it tastes so amazingly good! 🤩😋 Thank you for a fabulous product!

So, I received a single 5lb bag - the listing says in the title that it will be 4 x 80 oz (5lb) bags. The price was about right, maybe slightly high, for a 5lb bag, but if it’d been 4 x 5lb bags it would have been quite the deal! …it is not. I do love this floor for bread. It makes my home bakes so tasty! This is the only reason I didn’t remove any stars for the listing error. The bag I received expires in 8 months from the time of receipt. It took 3+ weeks to get here for some reason, but it finally arrived ok. The packaging also doesn’t match the pictures in the listing, but the product is correct. It seems they haven’t updated the listing very well.

I have now purchased this several times to make reduced carb, mostly organic, bread and buns. Adds a delicious nutty taste. Has a decent amount of fiber and I love it's organic so I'm not getting left over chemicals or pesticides. Will continue to purchase this.

I use this in my Peasant Bread recipe which I make several times a week. It adds extra nutrition and a bit of nuttiness to the bread. It's great quality and is easily digested. Highly recommend!

I love this flour because it is glyphosate free. It is whole wheat so it will change the texture of what you make! Example: Cookies - a little more gritty. Bread - more heavy. But it is great if you are looking for a healthier non glyphosate whole wheat flour.

This is the only whole wheat flour I use for my trail mix cookies and Norwegian seed bread. It is worth spending a little extra $.

It is a pleasure to eat it knowing is the healthy version of wheat!
