Excellent console, looks good good value for money

The PS4 consoleworks fine. However, the controller sent did not work. The company have replaced it, and it work fine. The PS4 console is in great condition and functions well. I use it mainly for watching DVD's but the grand children like the lego games :-)

not happy, went to set up the ps4 only to discover access to the network was permanently banned so had to return it also had to pay for return postage, very frustrating and out of pocket for it too!

It looks as good as new , bought for my son as his packed up and tho not brand new I read the reviews and they all seemed very happy with it so I ordered one . It's been all cleaned no scratches no marks on it , it works really well and his very happy he can play his games again . Was in my opion worth the money . Thank you I now have a very happy son .

We ordered a PS4 console and controller for our son for Xmas. It arrived in a unbranded box which was OK as a branded box was not guaranteed. The console arrived dirty, with lots of gunk around the ports and a few marks on the interior. The controller also had gunk marks and clearly hadn't been cleaned. Hygiene clearly hasn't been taken into consideration. The console appears to be working ok, although downloads and loading takes a lot of time, more time than expected. We found a fault with the controller which we have reported and have requested a replacement. We have been advised a replacement would not be sent prior to Xmas and to receive a new controller, we would have to send back the defected controller at our own cost. Maybe we are expecting too much from a second-hand product, but wanted to share our experience for those that are considering purchasing an item from this seller.
