We bought these after our pediatrician recommended that our five year old son needed more support for his feet. They slip right into his Keens and running shoes. They are easy to clean, and provide great support. Of course, they cost almost as much as the shoes themselves, but at least they last as long as the shoes!

My sons rheumatologist recommended these since he has flat feet. They stay in his shoes great. He doesn’t even know that they are there.

Took away the ankle pain!

A great fit in the soccer cleat to help reduce heel pain for my 9 year old boy. I think these work a little better than the Spenco, but the price of these is a lot for what you get, but they work. 5 stars if it wasn't for the price.

My son told me about this product because I have no arch support and was on concrete floors all day. I got two pair of the blue so I could throw them in the wash. They have changed my life! I spent tons of money on cheaper insoles that only helped for s short time. The cheap insole were also thicker which stretched out my shoes. I felt immediate relief when I put the blue superfeet in and have no problem ever since. I also got the half style and use them even on my flats. I.'d love to see the company make sandals for summer. These are worth every penny!

These have changed my life. Best PT ever... Doug Kechijian of Peak Performance, suggested these after observing my awful pronation that I never realized. After YEARS of struggling to find shoes and boots that didn't cause back pain, sciatica or hip pain after 10 minutes, I can wear ANYthing now! Just to be clear I was purchasing expensive foot wear and still in pain. I ordered some for my 9 yr old daughter who complained of foot pain after a full day at school and no more symptoms after replacing her quality sneaker soles with these!!! I love Toms shoes - they fit me (I'm an adult with children's size feet) and are the perfect type of casual for traveling. But they have no support. These Superfeet insoles fit inside them perfectly - no cutting necessary - and give me the support I need. They are exactly what I need and want. I couldn't be happier.
