Recommend flour!
This organic, all purpose, unbleached flour is great! I enjoy baking and cooking and anytime I have used it the food turns out great! Here’s a pic of some bread I used with this flour! Needless to say….. delicious!

Nice fine hood quality flour. The only flour I buy and have been buying for years. I keep it in the fridge in a Ziploc bag after opening for added freshness.

My hands are weakened by age and arthritis. My fingers tremble badly. I do much less cooking than I used to, but I have to bake bread (nothing I intend to eat in the teeny town where I now live) and, as a Southerner, I will probably die scrunching a handful of biscuit dough. It's difficult for me to cook and if I'm going to do it I'm going to use the best ingredients I can find. Bob's works for me.
