I had a hard time turning this watch on at first so I took the back off and put it back on problem solved it started charging after that and has worked perfectly ever since. My daughter loves it and it is helping to teach her responsibility so that makes me love it 2 it seems durable and the colors are beautiful, the camera works well and it’s easy for my 6 year old to use.

Son's grandmother got him this for Christmas. First one was a dud and took it back to JC-Penny but they didn't have anymore so picked one up here. Works great but is obviously pretty low tech even for a 7yo. He enjoyed taking photos with it that are less quality than my pocket camera from 2005 but like I said he was really enjoying it. After about a month now he's already over it but kids attention span these days is pretty low so I'm sure he'll pick it back up again after awhile and laugh at the pictures he took now.

My Goddaughter's has asked me for an apple watch 500 times, she just turned 6 so that was a no go. I searched smartwatches for kids on Amazon and saw this one. It is stylish and functional, one of the best purchases I have made on Amazon! She loves it!

This watch is well constructed and loved by my grand daughter. There customer service is fantastic! The original order never showed up even though it was listed "as delivered". I contacted the company and checked a couple of things they asked me to do. I sent back an email to them and received a response almost immediately that they would send a replacement, which they did. I highly recommend this company as one of the best to work with. Immediate communication and a great interactive watch for kids.

Bought it for kids as Christmas presents. 7 and 5 years old. Kinda keep them entertained for our road trip. I think it’s suitable for 5 and younger kids. It has a number of games. Wouldn’t say the kids are really loving it. Can distract them for few hours the most on road trips. Working good for now.

Bought it for my 4 year old on his birthday on October 25th. For the first week it was amazing!! Now it's a fantastic paper weight.... It functions for like 15 mins then it will get stuck on the Camera screen, with no way of going back to the menu or restarting. We've literally have to let it die before he could use it again. Should have went V-tech.... Avoid buying this as it's a terrible investment that didn't even last 1 month.

Got this for my daughter, she’s 6 and loves it! It has all tons of apps and things to keep her busy and amused.

My 5-year-old granddaughter loves it!.....not being connected to the web is a major plus....

The watch that was delivered was not iTouch. Instead it is iTech jr watch. Design and features are uncannily similar though.
