These sheets are soft and they fit the twin sized mattress well. The fitted sheet has an extra elastic strap that helps keep it in place, which also makes the sheet easier to put on the bed. We've had these sheets for several years now and they have held up really well - the color hasn't even faded after many, many washes. They are a good value.
