This is a must have for your man, a man especially over 50. He feels great!
I bought these for my 52 year old significant other who is not a fan of taking medication and fears the doctor. I noticed some changes with him and his activity levels once he hit 52 so I was able to get him to try a vitamin. He is happy with how they are making him feel. Not too big,easy to swallow.
