Great water pressure meter for home!
Fantastic meter. Easy to attach to the water spigot, turn the water on and the two arms spin around to the water pressure level. When you turn off the water - the red line stays put as the black resets. Easy to see the level after you unhook it! Love that feature! No leaks and speedy reads!

accuracy and ease of use
Gauge is simple to use and gives a quick way to check your code requirements. I ordered this and got it in 2 days, however the unit I received was damaged. I contacted the mfr and had a replacement unit in 2 days. Worked great, did not give the answer I wanted... My builder installed a 50 PSI Pressure Relief Valve at the water meter. Checking at the house I found it was actually delivering 120psi!!! Called the water department and they confirmed they deliver 110-120 psi to the meter, and the builder is responsible for meter to the home. Contacted the builder and he sent out the plumber to actually adjust the PRV to the right pressure (seems it was installed but never adjusted).... So thanks to this very simple gauge my pipes wont be blown out!!

Works fine, no leaks
I got myself a couple of these, as I needed to see what's happening with the water pressure at my house. I needed to adjust the pressure-lowering valve for my house, so they helped me get to the right setting after a few days of leaving them connected to outside faucets (overnight). Thanks to these, I learned just how big of a pressure spike our water supply produces at night. Kinda scary, the max was about 50% above its minimum. (not supposed to jump this high, based on what the well company says...) In any case, neither leaked, both worked just fine and the readings were consistent.

Initially leaked but I fixed it and it's good now
The Gauge works however I made a pex pressure test unit for leaks in a new system and the only leak I had was the gauge leaking out of the connection between the 1/4 npt thread out of the gauge and the hose adapter. I had to disassemble that connection, tape it and dope it and reassemble. Now no leaks.Verdict, it was not ready to go out of the box but is now OK and got the job done.
