The media could not be loaded. I have to say I was a little skeptical this thing would work but I'm really happy I gave it a shot! It works exactly as described to clean the windshield and back windows in my SUV a way easier process. (See pictures/video) I really appreciate that it came with an extra cleaning cover because I was able to reach down in the narrow areas I never could before to remove all kinds of dirt and dust. I think I will be using this to clean the high windows in the house next. It doesn't extend super long so it remains really sturdy for easy cleaning. It was just what I needed and I'm happy with my purchase!

Handle is good. Microfiber covers are no the best quality, but it does make windshields easier to clean without being a contortionist. A good buy for the money.

It took a while, but I finally got around to trying this windshield cleaning tool.It seems to be made well enough that it should hold up under normal use, and the idea of an extension for cleaning the inside of a windshield is good. But the problem is that the pad holder at the end that holds the cleaning pad is flat and made from hard plastic. How many windshields are perfectly flat besides this on old school buses? Mine sure isn't, and the flat surface of the pad holder doesn't make dood contact across its surface. So most of the contact is on the outside edges of the pad. If it was made from a hard rubber that was somewhat pliable it would confirm to the curves of a windshield.I will look for a piece of scrap foam or fleece, or some sort of spongy material that I can attach to the pad holder to allow the pad to make better contact, but I didn't buy this product to modify it.

Good product. Worked well to clean the windows and the size was nice and compact. The swivel and retractable handle really helps make it easy to use. Also great that it comes with extra microfiber bonnets. Definitely recommend.

Not bad. Easy to use, great price. My first use I used it with Cinch window cleaner and did notice a little streaking, but that could be from the window cleaner. I’m going to use a little water next time and see if that’s better. But overall happy with the item. Still better and easier than trying to do it with paper towels.

Theoretically, this product looks great for cleaning car windows, specially the inside of windshield. It can go all the way to the bottom of windshield which is hard for the hand to reach. However, the product failed at several levels.First: The microfiber cloth is thin and it does not have any padding below it for adequate cleaning.Second: The microfiber cloth appears to be securely placed on the head, but it comes off many times as the cloth is being used.Third: The handle collapses very easily and very often when you are cleaning windows.Instead of paying about $8, it is better to use a microfiber cloth in your hand.

I got this, but no matter how I tried to use it, the results were poor. I first tried with a type of window cleaner solution, but it worked very poorly; there were still had streaks on the window. I changed the microfiber bonnet with the 2nd one included and tried on the windows again (yes, they were dry before hand) without any window cleaning solution at all. After several attempts, I could get some streaks off, but not in one sitting (or not in just a few uses on the same area of the window). I had to use a lot of pressure, which doesn't work well at all with the "swivel" head, to even attempt to get the streaks to go away.Also, the "swivel" head won't stay in place well enough while cleaning the window.Overall, I was extremely disappointed with this.

My short arms are not a problem getting into the corners of our Highlander with this tool. The cover fit better than similar tools we have had in the past, and the extension handle works great.
