Our shampoos ARE in-fact biodegradable along with the 2 in 1 Shampoo/Conditioners. The conditioners, however, are NOT biodegradable and should be emptied before recycling. If you ever have any further questions on this product please do not hesitate to use the "Contact Us" page on our website!

I did not notice that option when ordering. You may want to check and see if it's been added.
