Wella Koleston PerfectPlus Special Mix Permanent Hair Colour, No. 0/11 Intense Ash, 60 ml

I’m a hairdresser and use this to mix into my base colour when I want to cool the tone down. It works really well for neutralising warmth without overpowering the final result. Reliable, predictable, and a great addition to any colour kit.

I add a little of this to my Wella colours to make them cooler if my hair is looking brassy. It works well, but must be used with caution - I’m a trained colourist, so I know how to balance tones using the colour wheel.

Wouldn't have given even one star if I had the choice. Koleston is a good tint but have twice ordered this tint with two different sellers and neither order turned up without any explanation as to why. Got refunded but that's not the point!
