But here's the thing: This is a piece I'd wholeheartedly recommend to anyone and everyone. Its beauty, attention to detail, and quality are unmatched. Once my little one grows up a bit, and our living space becomes less of a playground, I'll be eager to reintroduce this regal footstool to my home. So…this boomer has a confession: I love tropical West Indian Caribbean decor and the items are hard to find. I was very happy when I found this foot stool to go with my plantation chair. Man is this footstool cool, I mean really nice. It’s an eye catcher for sure. Small but sturdy and built very well, it was worth the price. The elephant heads on each corner are very detailed and elicit quite a few compliments. I’m very happy to have it. The quality is totally satisfactory and I have no regrets on this purchase.

It looks really nice and seems to be good quality but it's 13.5 inches from elephant trunk to elephant trunk. The cushion might be 9 inches. I wear a size 14US and can only fit one foot at a time

It’s a pretty stool with elephants on all sides and a cushion on top. It needs to be handled carefully though because it fell on its side once and one of the elephants lost its trunk. It’s a little heavy as far as stools go and we use it mostly to sit and wear the shoes in the hallway. It’s a deep red color stain and the thread work carved into it is nice.

This is a good concept but not totally executed. Although details are gorgeous, the size is smaller of what they described, it is very small, it is not wood -it's just cast resin (geso) and the price is high for what you really get; however , in all fairness, if you would like to have a "unique piece you may consider buying this but remember is very small, you can't even accommodate your feet over the cushion pad.

OMG, this footstool is GORGEOUS!! I'm so happy I bought it! It felt like a splurge when I ordered it. Well, maybe it is- but Joe much is my time worth? I'd haunted 3 local thrift stores frequently, in the quest for a lovely footstool. Couldn't find one at all, let alone one similar to one I'd had before moving back up to Santa Rosa. Couldn't find one at all. I did find a little cushion I'd thought was OK at my local import store, that (sorta) fit on top of a marginally attractive lidded wicker basket. Now, since it's heavy, I'm wondering if it's safe to leave out while my little 2-yr-old Cavalier is unrestricted. I'd die if she gnawed off a corner! Oh! put IT into the pup kennel, leave the pup to relax in the apartment!
