Got this over Christmas period for watching movies. easy to set up - plug in to TV HDMI port and use on screen instructions (WIFI password is the PIN code being displayed). once set up, have used it for various streams and all working well (even on 2G network). Ideal device to turn an older or even non-smart TV to a casting device. Better than my inbuilt one on Sony Android which lags all the time.

I selected this wireless dongle because it generally had positive reviews. However, thus far, it has not worked as I expected.The set-up with iOS or Mac seems "okay", but the dongle doesn't seem to want to connect to my Windows laptop, even though my operating system is completely up-to-date. When I search for wireless projection devices from my laptop, the dongle doesn't even show up in the list of available devices.When I have gotten it to work on a Mac laptop, the picture on the receiving monitor will often freeze, so I end up reverting to the laptop screen anyway. It's not like I am using to play video games; I just want to have a Zoom/Skype call. Sometimes when I turn on the dongle to use it for a video call, it insists on doing a software update, so I can't even use it.All in all, I am very disappointed in this product and am reviewing my options in relation to technical support or a refund request.

I have a dongle from Google in the living room which is perfect. I bought this one for the bedroom as sometimes my husband and I have different tastes in shows. Because of the 5 stars and wireless, I did not hesitate to buy it. It was easy to plug in but difficult to get the mirroring. Finally, it worked but only with my Iphone and nothing else and so I cannot use my mobile. I don't get adverts with the Google dongle but I do with this one and then it doesn't return to the entertainment which I was watching. I haven't used it for weeks as it is too much time-consuming to get the films to show. It changes to the devices own wifi (best way to explain) and I lose my home wifi and everything else which is set up on my Iphone is screwed-up.

The description of the product is amazing compared to how it works paring with apple devices. Very poor connection signal. Shows a different size of screen. Very difficult to connect and cast I have a proyector and is not showing in full screen. Very disappointed

I bought this hoping that I could connect my phone up to TV's in hotels and at work when on my lunch break to watch some movies/tv via my phone.It seamlessly streams video and audio from my phone to the TV.It is super easy to set up, you even get on-screen information before you connect to it detailing name of device and pin code should you need to enter one.

I bought this to connect (cast) my Galaxy Tab tablet to TVs with HDMI ports. I already have a Chromecast at home for this but I wanted another one for when I travel (hotel rooms etc.). It works just the same (with a Samsung, tap 'Smart view' from the tablet's top panel and that's it, no need to download any app or change any settings or scan codes etc. as the confusing splash screen of the dongle suggests).Another reason I bought this rather than another Chromecast is that I hoped it would work with Samsung DEX. It actually does (this time just tap 'DEX' from the top panel), but you get a warning 'device not optimized' (despite the '5GHz') and in fact the screen is not very sharp, still usable though. At the moment the dongle price is just £10 so, since everything quite works, I think it's a good deal. It gets very warm quickly and haven't test it long term but perhaps it's meant to.

The item came yesterday, wasn't the best thing to setup after needing to download a app which bombarded my phone with other pop up apps and download suggestions.After a hour just to finally get it working I came to realise you actually can only play you tube and twitch via their app. You can't actually 'mirror' anything off your phone. I,e now TV, Amazon, Facebook etc etc. You can only use YouTube. It's not a mirror device. Very misleading and waste of time to be quite honest. Massively disappointed.Although, it's is a good quality manufactured product. We'll built and looks okay hidden out of the way only small. Just not being sold as advertised

Hab extra nach einen Stick gesucht der kostenfrei ist. Aber das war wohl nichts man soll gleich zum Aktivieren eine Kreditkarte hinterlegen.Nach ein paar Monaten zahlen man dann Monatlich knapp 30€ und in den AGB ist auch gleich noch ein Haken gesetzt für ein Spieleabo.

J'ai utilisé ce produit pour connecter à distance mn ordinateur sur un vidéoprojecteur.Facile à configurer et peu encombrant, ce produit fonctionne comme il faut !

Gekauft um einen externen, an einer anderen Wand befestigten, Monitor zu betreiben. Unten rechts in diesem Windows-PopUp-Menü „Verbinden“ anklicken und dann findet er den Stick von alleine und alles weitere erklärt sich. Ganz easy. Mein Notebook erkennt den Stick sofort und verbindet diesen genauso wie einen externen Monitor. Wenn man es richtig einstellen will dann versucht man es über WLAN was allerdings die Installation des mitgelieferten Programms erfordert und vor allem Kenntnisse über Routing. Das war für mich arg kniffelig aber funktioniert ebenfalls. Bin zufrieden für Kleines eine Drahtlosverbindung herzustellen ohne die lästigen Kabel.

Genial.. cumple con su cometido a la perfección y es lo que buscaba así que estoy muy contento con el aparato. Puedo ver el contenido del móvil o ver series o películas on line directamente del móvil. Va muy bien si no tienes adsl o Fibra en casa,también como es muy pequeño es perfecto para llevar de viaje o para presentaciones en cursos o eventos. Fue muy fácil instalarlo.. solo enchufar y descargar la app en el móvil.. entraf en la app,meter la clave que te sale en la pantalla del televisor y se conectan.. luego me di cuenta que ni siquiera me hace falta la app ya que los móviles suelen traer instalada una aplicación similar y funciona súper bien. Recomendable 100%!

Finalmente una soluzione per il mirroring, molto buono il raggio d azione, testato fino a 3mt.Richiede una connession eth ed un alimentazione dedicata.Buona la risoluzione, personalmente testato su tv da 65 "
