I bought several of these great lanterns for gifts and one had a minor flaw that did not affect the function and I was ok with just keeping it for myself. When the seller asked me how I liked them and heard about the one, they took care of it to my upmost satisfaction. I have worked in retail for years and you don't find great customer service like this much anymore...they contacted me and made sure I was totally happy. the lanterns are great...I love the flaming look and to have 3 different lights in one lantern is great and it's solar and has a USB port...awesome

These lanterns worked right outta the box! Very bright light & cute flame. Works just as advertised. These are especially good because they are rechargeable (& come with cords) but also solar chargeable and also have a USB port to charge your phone in case of emergency.

I just received this lantern yesterday and I used it throughout the night. I used it in my studio apartment. The white light setting is the brightest and lights up the main room pretty well - the white light would be enough to read or study by or to make dinner. The fire setting is dimmer and flickers a lot, so it acts kind of like a night light. I played that throughout the night which was calming and nice. The firelight setting is too dim to read a book by, but it's bright enough to see the room and my cat and to give some nice ambiance. I would like it more if it flickered less - at times it almost feels like a strobe light, but only a little. Mostly it's nice.I ran the firelight setting all through the night, which was about from 9pm to 6:20am this morning and it didn't appear to weaken at all. It was still going strong when I woke up. So I'll be charging it today and see how long it takes to charge back up to full.It's very light. When I first took it out of the box I thought it might be missing batteries because it was so light. But it does come with batteries and I was able to use it straightaway.

To start I never write reviews. But I had to for this garbage.The recharging Jack is a different shape than the power cord they provide. It doesn’t fit. So you can not charge it again. The charging port is rectangle shaped with 2 prongs for electrical leads. The cord (very thin wire by the way) is a figure 8 type of shape. Like the typical disconnectable 120v power cables.I was able to establish an electrical connection by holding the cord to the charging port. It started buzzing like an electrical problem.It has a USB port but that’s for charging your phone, not the light. I want my money back. This would not pass a US inspection if you follow me.

Not a quality item. The charger wont properly fit, so I have to charge it by solar. Nice light though.

Love the lamp The top tab snaped of during transit but a little glue fixed it right up. I left it on the flame setting and it kept going all night. the longevity is great. worth every penny. will be buying more in the future

These are very cheaply made. They don’t seem at all durable. I’ll be returning them.

We bought this for our 12 yr old grandson who camps all year with Scouts. It was just a simple gift but he went crazy over it! It really looks like fire if you use it that way, or you can use it as a regular lantern light. Both are nice light. Oh , it has a USB port for your phone built in. I did't know that when I bought it, but it sure made the boy happy ! Nice to spend so little and be such a hit .
